The Highest Output Deuterium - Deuterium (DD) and Deuterium - Tritium (DT) Neutron Generators

Neutron generator systems from Adelphi Technology have high yields, long lifetimes, and are ‘powered’ by a highly reliable, microwave-driven ECR (Electron Cyclotron Resonance) ion source.

Generators are available that use either the DD or DT fusion reactions producing 2.5 and 14.1 MeV neutrons, respectively.  Previously, the DT generator was almost exclusively used since it had a higher neutron output (by X100), but with recent breakthroughs in generator design, Adelphi now produces a DD generator that produces high neutron yields that are equivalent to those produced by DT generators.

Deuterium - Deuterium (DD) Neutron Generators

Deuterium - Deuterium (DD) generators are actively pumped and so have replaceable subcomponents, allowing our generators to be maintained indefinitely.

Deuterium - Tritium (DT) Neutron Generators

Deuterium - Tritium (DT) generators are sealed, and may be returned to Adelphi Technology for refurbishing at their end of life.
